As you may know, new Data Protection laws came into place in May 2018, which offer consumers stronger powers regarding how their personal data is held by companies. We think this is a great idea, and has the ability to give consumers greater confidence about the companies processing their data.

FindYourPPI, for example, contacts Finance Companies on behalf of our clients using this very law, demanding they inform us about our clients' PPI policies - some Finance Companies can still try to be difficult. We don't like that. A consumer has every right to know about what information is being processed by a company, and that's why we've created this helpful form to guide you through the sorts of queries you may wish to raise to our Data Protection Officer and this will also greatly help with the speed at which we can respond to your request.

If you choose to have your data removed from our system, then we will remove you from our system entirely, and instruct our data provider to do the same which could mean that there is a slight risk that we may send future marketing material again.
